A quick follow-up question: I followed the prompt in the EE app and downloaded and installed my E-Sim. If, in the future, I upgrade my iPhone 14 to a newer model and set up the new phone from a back-up, will the E-Sim transfer to the new phone?

Yes, you can transfer your eSIM when setting up your new phone.
