EE does not just make it difficult to get help. They are clearly deliberately confusing and obstructive. They deliberately mislead by directing to sources that do not deliver the promised information. When trying to talk to a human being i was told i hadnt enough credit even though i had. When i paid to call via landline i was passed through three different people, the last of whom was dismissive of the issue about having to pay to call. Given the time needed and being passed around, the call cost me £5.10. I dont blame the people one talks to. EE clearly have nothing but disdain for their customers. I will not bore people with the issue i had other than to say it was a manouvre to get me to pay more for a product i didnt need and tryi g to wear me diwn by not letti g me buy the one i needed.

But what is this problem or have you just come here to gripe? If the latter, we can't do much to help you.

@PaulWK There is free phone numbers to call customer support from a landline and it’s 25p flat rate to call customer support from a PAYG phone.
