Can't call or text anyone

I recently got an upgrade but I can't call or text. I put the sim back into the old phone and the same thing happens. What do i do? I clearly can't call 150 but I think I need a new sim sent out. Please help ASAP

So I got a new sim but to activate the sim they need to send a text to me which I can not get. i this a big joke on me or something? actually help me this time please I NEED MY PHONE FORE BUSINESS

My dad called them for me to get it activated and it still doesn't work. Have I been sent a faulty phone? I want a replacement or i'll cut off the contract from the bank

Have you restarted the phone?

Few hours ago and yes I restarted my phone

I don't know why it said solved I clicked something wrong

The SIM registration can take up to 24 hours.

It has been 24 hours and I still can't call or text. Yes I have turned the phone off and on
