Awaiting sim

Hello I ordered my new EE sim card on 4th Dec. When will I receive this? I received a letter from you containing my first bill for 10th Jan, but I don’t even have the sim yet to use

Welcome to the community. 

I am sorry to hear your new SIM has not yet arrived. 

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can ensure this has been sent. 

Alternatively, if you have a local EE Store you can always visit with photo ID for a replacement SIM.
