Followed the process to switch to esim. This failed and now physical sim deactivated and esim not working.
what to do?

Hi @Flashharry999,
Your best bet would be to go into your local EE store and get a new sim or eSIM. Your old sim will no longer work, and you won't be able to request a new eSIM online because it asks for a OTP. Going into store is the best option because it will activate and work right away.
You can also get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 07953 966 150 from any phone and they can send you a new eSIM or sim in the post.
What was the reason to switch to eSIM? Unless you are looking to use two sims in the same phone, you are better off staying with a physical sim to avoid things like this.
