I am a Pay As You Go customer permanently living in Spain. I cannot access Live Chat or the SIM swap menu. I need an eSIM activation code for my new Pixel 9a so I can free up my physical slot for my Spanish Lobster SIM.

Hi @Kevinasus 

EE do not offer an eSIM on PAYG.

Any SIM would need to be activated on the UK EE network.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
