Hello newbie here may I ask I am from different provider I order a new phone and contract to ee I transfer my current phone number to ee is my current number that's gonna be transferred to ee will be the number inside of my ordered phone? Please enlightened me thanks.

Hello @Noname_12 ,

Welcome to the community,

You would need to get a PAC code from your previous provider and then supply that to EE once you have your phone and SIM card from EE to transfer the number. You will have a temporary number, but once you supply EE with the PAC code from your previous provider, this will take up to 24 hours to complete, so long as it is not over the weekend or bank holiday, hope this helps and welcome to EE.
