Hello I am following my SIM card replacement sent 4 days ago

@georgembewe   SIM cards are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class.      How did you order the replacement?   If it was online you’ll be sent a text to confirm that order but if you’re sim is faulty you have to call to order a replacement.
