I've order 2 esims replacement 4 days apart and neither have shown up, I can't seem to get through to a human unless I'm being asked for money. What do I need to do to just get a replacement. Any ideas

@Maxcel23 What are you trying todo ? Because you can not get a replacement eSim. as eSim is built in to the device.
Do you currently have a working SIM card ? If you do you can request a change to the eSim via the my EE app. Click the person icon top right then click settings and permissions and scroll down to activate sim/eSim and then follow the on-screen instructions. But you need a working sim first.

I understand how to get a replacement as I have used the service twice now.
When you order a replacement esim by post they send you a qr code to your address on account as a way of verification that you are the account holder who ordered it(costs £1.50 on your next bill to have it posted), you then scan using your camera to link the esim in the phone to your phoneline profile with ee
My flip 3 got a fold line puncture, so sent it off for a replacement under my insurance but this means the esim profile with my number had to be deleted before it was sent off on my original phone.
so the second option ee offer is to download the replacement and have a text sent to the number you have with ee with a onetime pin to activate it on the new downloaded esim profile. However as my old esim profile was nolonger available at the time the new phone arrived I am nolonger able to use this method

My issue is I ordered the first esim link qr code the same time I sent my phone off for repair/replacement when the first sim code didn't arrive after 4 days(they state 3 on there website) I ordered a second , its now been 4 working days (6 counting sat and Sunday) since I ordered the second, the first one should have arrived by now if it ever was going to and so should the second technically. I'm just wondering what I should do if my replacement sims are not turning up. But as they sent everything to this address when I first opened the account with ee and they sent the original phone I don't understand why replacements aren't arriving when the address on file hasn't changed

@Maxcel23 The quickest way to get this work now is to go to a EE store with phone ID and request a replacement sim. Is there a reason you’re using the eEim ? This is another issue with using eEims when you don’t need to. With SIM cards you just swap them over to a different device and it just works.
