2 numbers, 1 phone

Hi,

I have 3 phone numbers on my account now and cannot workout how to get them onto the same phone or even onto my iPad 

can anyone help because I have tried adding the Esim but don’t have the Qr code it talks about that was supposed to come with it

Are you trying to set it up in your My EE Account?

Apparently it was supposed to come with the physical SIM card I’ve just got in order to set that up but it didn’t.

What is it that you're trying to do?

No I got the physical sim but when I try to configure the Esim it tells me to scan a we code that was supposed to come with the physical sim but didn’t

Are you able to register an eSIM in your My EE Account, @Alex351?

If not, you can pick up a QR code in an EE Store.

@Alex351   You don’t get a QR code when sims are sent out,    You can request an eSim activation via the my EE app ,  Just make sure you select the correct number you want on the eSim.
