Hi guys,
I just landed in Paris. I got a text from ee giving me the option to purchase a seven day Europe zone pass but the link does not work:
I then called ee on +447953966250 to speak to someone and the recorded message send me a text with a link which also does not work correctly.
I also cannot reply to EE text messages.
I’m absolutely appalled at this service. I can access general internet on 5g but not ee links.
Please help.
Update: I tried to call EE twice, was put on hold and both times was cut off after a 5 min wait. What the hell EE! 😭

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with using your phone in France. If you try calling us again and select 2, you should be able to talk to the team, who can get this sorted.
When you called did you speak with the team, or were you still trying to get through?

I’ve tried all that. I was on hold for five minutes and then cut off both times. After that I gave up. Couldn’t talk to anyone. 😭 and the link that’s sent to my phone doesn’t load in France!

I am sorry you have been unable to connect us and add the Roaming Pass.
What happens when you try and load the add-on.ee.co.uk page? Are you connected to WiFi?
Have you tried calling from another phone to speak to a guide and get the account looked into?
