My Dad was going to South Africa
Purchased the travel data pass which would charge him £8.45 maximum per day but only for the days he used data and not wifi.
He didn’t use any data whilst away, he had mobile data turned off, and had IOS automatic app updates turned off.
He had roaming turned on. He had returned home to a bill of £110. His online account says that he used the travel data pass 8 times. How is this possible given that he hasn’t had mobile data turned on, has only used wifi and has had app updates turned off?

Hi @nickahmed
He has clearly used an app or data. If you speak to EE CS on 150 they might reduce the bill if this was accidental, but if it was used it will be charged.
Thanks
