What’s changing?
How can I see the new prices?
What if I don’t buy a pass when I’ve landed outside of the Europe zone?
I received a text about my roaming products being removed, which products are no longer being sold?
What happens when my product is removed?
Inclusive Extras:
How will this affect my travel in Europe?

Hi @drzia.
There is two new products, one for EU Zone roaming and one for ROW Zone 1.
Those with eligible plans will be able to select the Inclusive Extra suitable for their destination.
Information on plans eligible can be found by visiting the Inclusive Extras T&Cs.

Hi @Katie_B ,
You've missed the point. The new Full Works plans have EU and the 5 ROW countries bolted on - they’re not inclusive extras as such as you cannot choose them or replace them - they come with the tariff. What’s been asked (repeatedly) is what happens with those plans? Nobody seems to have the definitive answers.

I'm on a full works plan now, and it's still the "old" 5 ROW included add-on.
It would be very unusual for EE to apply a better roaming deal to existing customers. Usually you have to upgrade, like we did recently to get 5G SA.

Hi @chistery,
Likewise, I am also on a Full Works plan the same as yourself.
I wouldn't have an issue with "existing customers" getting a better deal, except for the fact that a lot of those who took the Full Works plan after 29th August are also existing customers and the change has been poorly defined for them.
Updating the Roaming Inclusive Extra choices for older plans is undoubtedly a good thing for people on those plans.
...But those plans are no longer available and a lot has been said about how EE are improving their Roaming services for their customers. As it stands right now, none of the recent or new plans have been improved in any way as Roaming isn't an Inclusive Extra anymore since August 29th.
In relative terms, the new plans are almost worse than the older ones.
It seems entirely dismissive of those who have committed their loyalty and went onto a newer plan that is generally more expensive and is supposed to be an upgrade over the older All Rounder and Full Works plans.
It could very well turn out that its all a panic over nothing and that we get the additional countries, but the communications from EE's central Communications teams have been dreadful.
I appreciate the Guides and Community Support Team can only give out whatever info they're given. It's just been really poorly managed so far.

If I look up Turkey, MyEE says I can buy a 1day/7 day pass for it so I would expect it to work but as you can only buy when you arrive, I can't prove that.

That would somewhat be understandable as an interim solution, but with the way they've structured the Tariff Refresh in August I don't think it's an acceptable solution to the problem.
The entire logic and reasoning of the change was that you got your Roaming included for the EU and 5 ROW destinations alongside your single Inclusive Extra instead of the 3 previous (of which 1 of these was your Roaming Pass).
It would be going backwards on their entire strategy with Tariff Refresh and further reducing the value of the Full Works plan after changing to the 1 Inclusive Extra model and I don't think it is a change that customers should be willing to accept.
If they can do it as an Inclusive Extra for those that have 3 Full Works Choices, they can 100% do it as a Free Addon for those that only have the 1 Choice like they have done with Roam in EU and Roam Further.

It would likely work, as it's a separate pass and there's no technical reason why it shouldn't.
It just doesn't make sense to have to pay for it when older All Rounder and Full Works plans can get it for free with an Inclusive Extra.

Unfortunately we won't know until some poor sod has to be the guinea pig and reports back😢
That is unless EE can get their comms together in the meantime.
