How much do ROAMING PASS cost? and How do they work ?

I am on a pay as you go, and travelling to a non EU country, there is not much info on the site.

Is it going to be easy to buy one?

Why cant i but one before i go?

There are no roaming passes for outside EU. You pay for your calls & texts from your PAYG credit. For data you would need to buy an add-on.
