Roaming Pass ROW

I am on a Full Works plans taken before 29th August 24

One of my inclusive extras was Roaming Pass EU however I changed this to Roaming Pass ROW but it's very unclear if this will actually cover Turkey as the website appears to say that a 7 day pass is £25 but if it's an inclusive extra would it not be covered by all countries in the new ROW1 zone?

Can someone please clarify/explain this for me?

If you have Roaming Pass ROW selected as your Inclusive Extra you should not have to pay for any passes to use your allowances in Turkey.

Morning @Ingers

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

Just to add to @Matt_124's answer, please see the EE Roaming - Getting ready to use your phone abroad article for advice on making sure you're all set up to use the phone in Turkey 🙂

Have a lovely time.

Leanne.

Hi. So it should work as normal without me having to do anything? Will EE advise me that it's free when there?

Not without doing anything, you must first text ROAMING to 150 any time before leaving the UK to ensure the ability to connect to foreign networks is enabled, as detailed in the link provided by @Leanne_T.

If you get a reply stating "your device is all set to roam in Turkey", then you're good to go. This reply may also include the details on roaming charges however when you have your Inclusive Extra selected you should not need to worry about these applying.

But yes, this should be the case if you have selected Roaming Pass ROW as your Inclusive Extra in advance of leaving the UK - the Inclusive Extra takes care of the billing side and inform you of such when you connect to a Turkish network.

Thank you. this makes sense and I have actioned the above.
