Hello, my husband is on a SIM only old package with roaming included. He was away from 5/11/24 to 20/12/24 in Paris and then again from 6/1/25 and will be there until 5/3/25. What is the duration you can use your phone out of the country for please and when does it reset - is it when you come back to the UK or is there a set time break required for it to reset? Also, any idea why he's unable to call out on his mobile using the normal phone way? He's having to call everyone through whatsapp to make it work. TIA
