Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me.
I’m due to travel to the USA in Jan and I know the roaming £25 roam abroad pass for 30 days is no longer a thing.
my question is that the 30 days pass was added to my account and scheduled to start for Jan 9th back in October before all the changes happened. Will this be honed as it was set up before the changes happened? I called EE but they wasn’t 100% sure all they could tell me is that they can see that scheduled pass on my account.

Officially, the Roam Abroad pass could never be "delayed" and was activated immediately on request.
I suspect that when you land in the USA, you'll be offered the £25 weekly charge.

So even thought it no longer exists where it had been set up prior to the changes of roaming packages it was still added to my account. Keep an the on your account but from what I understand if it wasn’t set up to start on a certain date prior to the changes of the roam passes happening then you will receive a text when landing and you will be able to buy a pass from there but it’s £25 for 7 days (USA). Hopefully that helps. EE customer service didn’t really know but that’s what happened for me at least.
