Hi,
I bought the zone 1 pass to use in Bangladesh so that I can make calls and use the internet with my data. I bought the 7 day pass for £25.00 and I received a message from 150 to say that I can use straight away. But unfortunately it isn't working. I have a spend cap of £50.00 and I have ensured that data roaming is on within my IPhone settings.
Can someone please help as I can't seem to get through to EE either on the phone.

On the basis that only social media sites are affected, check your content lock settings. Ensure they are toggled to either "moderate" or "off"
