Hi there, I'm lucky enough to be in Australia three months and will use data quite a bit on my phone for navigating etc.

The call centre team have implied all my data usage in Australia under the full works package will be covered but I cannot find anything definitive on the EE site to confirm it.

any guidance would be great   thank you

If you answer the Qs correctly in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/australia you'll find it does.

Thank you XRay, so calling services like Viber (if on wifi) count as data?   or international calls?

sorry and thanks

Viber is an app & only uses mobile data when you are not on WiFi.

You'll be making roaming calls, not International Calls which are made only from UK..
