Roam Abroad Pass with more than one number

Kezza148
Visitor

I am travelling to the USA and know that I am able to request a Roam Abroad Pass online or by texting directly to EE through my phone pretty easily so that's all good. But my question is that I have my child on my account with his own line. If I have a Roam Abroad Pass will it cover him and his phone too? I must say (having been with EE for many, many years) this is the first time I have been unable to speak to a real person either over the phone or by online chat. Every time I ask for assistance relating to Roaming it just forces me to hang up and sends me the appropriate messages to order the Roaming request. It's very frustrating and disappointing. Hope someone is able to confirm the additional line roaming situ for me.

@Kezza148 : Each mobile needs to have its own Roam Abroad Pass.

The Roam Abroad Pass costs £25 per billing month from the billing month you order it (text ROAMING PASS to 150) until the billing month you cancel it (text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150). For all billing months during which you have the Pass it is charged at the full £25. However if the Pass is carried over from the 1st billing month to the next it will be charged pro-rata for that 1st month alone.

Just remember each of you to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your account.
