Phone not working

Hi I am having the same issue. Seem to have started when I returned from France.

I have had the network refreshed in store and reset it on the phone.

Roaming has been turned off. All the general data test have been done by the technical team. I have done what you said above and nothing seems to resolve this.

It wasn't fully working while I was there but I just put it down to been in a different country

There could very well be reasons for your phone not working in France, like you hadn't enabled roaming on your a/c as is very common, but it should work back in UK. Have you rebooted it?

I thought that but I had roaming on and turned back off today to see if it would resolve the issues. The device has been restarted multiple times

You're talking about something completely diff. You don't turn roaming on & off on your a/c. You're referring to settings on your phone which are immaterial.

I have done it on the phone settings and called ee to take it off

I keep telling you it's nowt to do with your phone settings & it does not affect you in UK.

You phone should work normally in UK regardless of you having been abroad & being unable to use it there for other reasons.

I never said it was the phone. I'm just trying all solutions I have been gave by others.
