I’m on EE Unlimited essentials, yet my phone services have just been suspended and EE are requesting a payment to have my services resumed. If anything I’ve used LESS than usual, either way though I have UNLIMITED so it shouldn’t matter either way. I haven’t used my phone abroad either so it’s not that.
Im not happy at all. Any ideas what this bull**it could be??

@BostinAustin05 Your service is deactivated for none payment on time. The amount of allowance you use is irrelevant you pay monthly.

Nope. My bill was paid in full and in advance too. So thats not the reason why.
here’s a text I got earlier before my services were suspended. Like I said, I’m on ee essentials unlimited so how can they do this?

Unlimited data plans have a FUP of 600GB / month. Have you gone over that?
