Hi, I'm in Spain and I am unable to receive text messages, including verification codes to authenticate purchases and access to all manner of sites and services. How can this be fixed? Thank you.

Calling support is completely impossible for me because I do not speak English at all I can only communicate via text using a translator Please do not ask me to call Is there a live text chat on your website where I can speak with an agent or can a moderator look into my account directly from here Please guide me to a text-based solution thank you
