Hey @TEMENORGE, if you have signal and are able to do so, what happens if you try sending PICK to 150?

I did send PICK to 150 and followed it with ROAM , Next YES but at the end of that I got a message that read as such "Sorry we were unable to complete your request . Please try again later or if it continue to receive this message call us on 150"

If you have access to the app, can you select Manage Add-ons > Inclusive Extras > Manage Inclusive Extra?
It should let you view and change this here.

I removed CAP on my phone to $ 40 in order to enable me to call, but the problem is anytime I call it just hang up by itself.
I have called both numbers so many times. I tried chatting with the team on ee website, but they keep telling them they are not in a position to do such thing except through this line.
On the app I only see possibility to have 5 pounds for 24hours or to have 25 pounds for 1 week. There isn't anything monthly or as I use to have until the 2nd of April when I travelled back to UK

It sounds like you're in the Roaming tool within the app, instead you need to go to:
Mobile Add-ons > View Inclusive Extras > Change Inclusive Extra
And this should allow you to switch to the ROW Roaming Pass which would cover Zone 1 usage, including the USA.
