EE's roaming services allow usage abroad - whether for texts, voice calls or mobile data. E-SIMs are only available on pay-monthly contracts.

You could get any SIM & not use calling or data while roaming.

@Yasser6 If you’re texting to Saudi Arabia from the UK you are not roaming. Roaming is when you are abroad with a sim from the UK. If you are texting a Saudi number from the UK you’ll be charged for an international text.
