Is there a known issue with the app ATM? Ever since we landed in Bulgaria yesterday I have been trying to buy a roaming add on but I'm not able to manage any personal information because it says your information is temporarily unavailable" or "we can't get this now" and keep the directing me to restart and clear cache on the app which I have done.

Was the PAYG SIM activated and used on EE UK network.
If pay monthly is roaming activated on your account.

Did you receive a Welcome text upon arrival giving your roaming options?
