Issues buying roaming add on

Is there a known issue with the app ATM? Ever since we landed in Bulgaria yesterday I have been trying to buy a roaming add on but I'm not able to manage any personal information because it says your information is temporarily unavailable" or "we can't get this now" and keep the directing me to restart and clear cache on the app which I have done.

Was the PAYG SIM activated and used on EE UK network.

If pay monthly is roaming activated on your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yes. It did. So an update: I called EE, who themselves couldn't figure it
out so they just credited the saving I would have realised, were I to be
able to buy an add on.
