I can’t make any calls or recieve them?
I can send and receive texts and use mobile data. I have bars on my network connection. I’m currently in Australia and have been for months and it was working fine and now it’s not . I can’t call UK numbers or Australian ones anymore. Which means I can call EE for help , this is my only option. My software is updated also. I need this asap 😫

Hi @aprilholmes375

Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Pay monthly. I go to call and it says pops up as if it’s ringing but never connects or rings.

Hi @aprilholmes375

Have you tried restarting your device. You are definitely connected to the local network.

When were you last in the UK.

Thanks

Definitely connected to the local network as I wouldn’t be able to send text right ? or get data I’m assuming . Last in the UK in November but it worked fine when I came back to Australia then. It stopped letting me call the last time I got off a plane (domestic Australian flight)

And yes , I’ve restarted the phone a few times but still nothing 😭

How many months? Too many & you may have broken your Stable Link to UK condition giving you the benefit of EE roaming plans.

Australian networks have completed 2G & 3G switchoff, thus VoLTE (the technology supporting 4G-calling) is now a requirement for voice calls.

Is VoLTE enabled on your phone? Android phones tend to have an onscreen indicator next to your signal bars.

Yea that’s enabled

But how am I still using the data and sending texts if so?
