Resolved! on pay as you go , like some data info

there is data addon listed on the app 500mb for 7 days for £but the 150mb for £2.00 does not say how long that it lasts, do anyone  know how long the 150mb add on last, it a day or until you have used it up maybe no time limit

No Internet

They are robbing me, I have no internet, they debited 31 pounds from the 35 pound package plan and I have no internet, I can't make calls, what is happening????? No one helps me with this support, I don't know what to do anymore.
