Can't change swappable benefit

Only to Turkey tomorrow and just went online on my app to change my swappable benefit but keep coming up with a error on the app and on the web. What can I do? I know it says it can take 24h to swap over but I don't have that long

@Liam9680   Your swappable benefit doesn’t include turkey as Turkey isn’t in the EU.   The benefit is for EU countries.

That's where your wrong mate, there is a roaming ROW which includes turkey. Sorted now but don't spread misinformation
