I had the original EE roaming add on and I switched over to the new one as soon as it became available; I didn’t get any coms advising that my old one was going to be removed, maybe because I switched over as soon as!?
Either way, you can see the change here:
Fast forward 2 months later, I just happened to look at my account and can see that this add on I chose has been ‘renamed’ after having added it to my account, removing the “47 EU countries”.
Is this not deception, giving a benefit and taking it away without mentioning anything? Or is it just poor labeling?

Hi there @zackkyc, thanks for reaching out to us about this.
With the roaming add-ons available, how this looks will depend on the plan that you're on, but you definitely shouldn't have lost the ability to select roaming within the EU.
Depending on your plan, there will either be a swappable inclusive extra specifically for the 47 inclusive EU countries, or with a lot of our most recent plans EU roaming is included automatically.
If you get in touch with our customer care team, they'll be able to confirm to you exactly what's included with your plan, along with the inclusive extras available to you.
