Hi, I am trying to buy what was called a roam further pass until about 5 minutes ago , untill I received a text telling me now it’s called something else. I think I need to buy a pass for zone 1 ….I am in Australia.
Problem is I Can’t find where to buy one , I can only see an Option to buy more data when I click on buying more roaming . Any ideas anyone how I can do this please ?…..Maybe it will become clearer when EE have sorted themselves out but I need it soon really . Thanks

Hi @Toby63
Thanks for coming to our community.
If you are already in Australia, did you receive a landing text when you arrived?

The Roam Abroad/Further Pass is no longer! If you are on contract, you may use your usual UK allowances outside the EU with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more, when you buy the Zone 1 Pass for £5 / day or £25 / week or already have it as an Inclusive Extra or you have an EE Full Works or EE Max Plan. Otherwise you will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/australia.

As you are in Australia, and assuming roaming is working and your phone is connected to a network and wifi is off, go to add-on.ee.co.uk and the option to buy a pass should appear.
