Hi, unable to top-up pin voucher, getting error while "Sorry we were unable to process your request, please call your dedicated customer service team."

The contact number you shared earlier is for a different network provider.

Are you sure you have EE SIM cards?

Hi @UKC,

Please could you double check the branding on the SIM card? The message you hear when calling 150 indicates you're using a MNVO that uses the EE network and you should contact them directly for support.
