pay as go sim plan not working

evening all.

i just recently bought an EE sim and put £15 credit onto my account as i wanted to buy a plan.

i purchased the plan with credit and at the time it showed it was successful but on my account (web and app) it showed that i have no active plans and that i still have my £15 credit unused.

i have tried to purchase this plan again with the credit but now it says the payment was unsuccessful.

In what way did it show as successful when your account (web and app) showed that you had no active plans?

Did you actually use it in anger to do anything with it? It is possible to go on the Net as it initially comes with some free data. However making any chargeable calls or texts would've depleted your credit.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
