Guys,
My current subscription is PAYG 4Gb £10 pack. Recently I find out there is another similar pack 8Gb £10. Whats the different apart from the obvious? Can I move from my pack to the other one and having the same plus 4Gb more?
Thanks
Louis

Hi @londoneer,
We refreshed our pay as you go pack range on 10 March 2023. You are currently using an older legacy pack.
You can view the full details of the new range here.
Hope this helps.

James,
That was not my question.
I want to know the differences between £10 4Gb and£10 8Gb PAYG packs apart from the obvious. I have been using £10 4Gb pack and I discovered I can have 8Gb for the same amount monthly. Is this right?
Thanks
Louis

Hi @londoneer,
Yes, you can switch to the newer plan. Depending on the age of your current plan, the inclusive minutes and texts may also differ. The current range also have a maximum data speed of 25Mbps.

James,
Well that was my question: difference between 4Gb Pack and 8Gb pack (minutes, texts, etc).
Another thing. What about 25Mbs? what was the speed with the 4Gb pack as I not planning to change my sim, just change my plan. Should I change my sim too?
Thanks

Hi @londoneer,
Our older packs didn't have a speed cap and you won't need a new SIM to change your pack.
Hope this helps.

James,
With your reply I assume my older pack is faster than the new one. It's obvious I don't need to change to a new sim to change my pack.
Thanks

Hi londoneer,
Your uncapped speeds would depend on the network capabilities in your location. On average, customers using our 4G network experience speeds of around 18Mbps.
