i got a sim on 10 Sept., and the 10 GPB aleady charged. When can Igot the top up value? The leaflet stated that my 10 GBP top up will be added to my account within two days.

When you purchased the SIM was it to get the £10 pack to give you minutes, texts and data to use?

Hi here is my case
Order number: ************
I bought a plan on 5 Sept 2024, and got email confirmation on the same day, the money is charged to our bank account also on 5 Sept 2024. And I received the SIM card through the post on 10 Sept. 2024. But I still not able to use the SIM.
From the email order confirmation, the plan is 20GB SIM plan.
I could send the document ( email confirmation, the delivery note ) to you for your checking if need, just let me know where/ email address I should send it.
