I'm logged in into my EE account. I've successfully topped up my account. I have enough funds to get £10 pay as you go subscription pack but everytime I do it I get a payment error, screenshot below. I tried 3 different cards, all have enough funds. What's the problem?

@JayS69 : Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Oh, your OP shows a Payment Error not a Buying Pack Error.
What happens when you text PACK10 to 150?

Thanks for trying @JayS69.
When was the last time you used your SIM for any chargeable action?

Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 179 days (~6 months) of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 90 days (~3 months) period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
