hello does anyone know how to activate a new pay as you go SIM card I brought it form a shop yesterday but I can’t receive texts or anything still?

Does your device show that it's connected to EE network.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Have you topped up the SIM yet?

There is a required first-time top-up on EE PAYG SIMs to remove the security block on receiving SMS.
