I'm not able to buy the 10 GBP pack of 30days , even though I have the credit it my account .
texting PACK10 to 150 also is not working .
In both the myEE app and in the EE site , wheen I try to get the pack it shows ' System failure ' or ' Cannot get information '

I had exactly the same problem. Here are some screenshots and this is what happened......
The online and telephone customer service can't solve the problem because they aren't sure why it's happening or at least they didn't tell me.

Could you try doing pack10 in lower case, @nicolo55? Just as a test.

You happen to have bought a SIM Local pack at the Airport or a retail shop. SIM Local packs only come in £15, £20 & £30 flavours - see SIM Local PAYG Offer Terms 250722.pdf (ee.co.uk) . So the full repertoire of the PAYG 150 Text Service is not available to you.
