Problem with sim card

hello.Few weeks ago I purschased an ee sim card.I installed this sim into my mobile phone.Everything looks good with one exception.I can't make a calls and text a message.I have already created an account in EE aplication ,made some moves to top up , and still after all this moves I can't use this card.When I try to make a call on this number from different one ,the secretary says that number is unavailable after that I receiving a message on the EE card that somebody made a call on this number.I can only receive messages from others but nothing else.Do somebody know how to solve this problem?Thanks

I can't send and message or make a call.I live in Poland but I'm a driver so EE is very useful for me but I can't ude it only receive a messages nothing else.Is it possible that I have to activate this card in UK by connecting to EE network?

Yes, you'll need to connect your SIM to the EE network in the UK to activate it.
