can't view monthly packs

Hi,
i simply can't view any packs. when i view packs webpage either from website or app it shows me error with _
Packs Error

i tried to activate 10 Pound pack and it tells me to simply top up 10 pound to activate pack and i topped up 10 pound and nothing happens.

Are you able to text PACK10 to 150?
If it says it's already active, and you have credit showing, try texting NOW to 150.
For other options, visit Text services for pay as you go mobile
