app update doesn’t let me start pack early

me being me, i use my data up and like to start my packs early when it does occur. however, after the new app update, this feature seems to have disappeared?

is it still on the app? or has it been removed? i’m hoping it’s not the second option, because then it just wouldn’t make sense

edit: i have texted NOW to 150 a bajillion times and it still won’t take my credit out, so i have been tried the old fashioned way and it still won’t work ;-;

@krigish : I don't believe the app or even the online MyEE ever did.

You need to buy your next pack early (by texting PACK?? to 150) before you can text NOW to 150.

I had the same problem and when you try to text PACK05 it replies I don’t understand. I have just rang 150 and the automated service allows you to renew your pack with either credit on your account or by card. Hope this helps.
