Hi so i tried to make an order for a contract order for an iphone 14 as ive only just turned 18 about 6 months ago so got suggested to go for a lower phone. first off, they charged me and then said it didnt go through (although the payment came out) so i paid again just to realise afterwards that i had put the incorrect phone number in. i have an email saying thanks for my order etc but what do i do? will the payment come back to me if its not successful as i put this order in on the 22nd and it is now the 25th. Does this mean that it got declined as i have no way to check for an update as tracking doesnt work. Any help would be appreciated

@nperks07 : Your payment will be refunded within 7 - 10 days. It is only being held as pending at your bank & will be removed when EE does not apply for it as your order was not accepted.
