Please help . App not working . I’ve been debited but it’s not been activated and none of your cs numbers work

@ziggywiggle  To call customer services it’s 150 from your EE phone and you need credit on your account to pay a flat rate charge.   The app is working but have you tried clearing your device cache and perhaps uninstalling and reinstalling the app ?    Also have you tried restarting the device since the purchase of this pack ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
