I've topped up £20 to my EE for 50GB pack, but I only received 5GB for 30days and £20 are gone

I can imagine you'll be concerned that you've not got the amount of data that you were expecting, so I want to make sure we get this looked into as soon as possible for you.
I'd recommend giving our customer service team a call so that they can look into your account.
To speak to them, you'd just need to call 150 from your EE phone
