Free boost appears as pending

Hello, my free boost data is  ~3GB accumulated over the last few years. Wondering why it now appears as pending and can not be used as before. My subscription pack data finished but I cannot use the data from free boost anymore. KR

@rattar1989 : If your pack has ended & you haven't renewed it you can't use your Boosts. They are pending! Boosts can only boost packs, not non-packs.

Thanks. The pack has not ended. It ends in 10 days, I still have text and minutes available to use. The data has finished.
And it does not switch to free boost data as before. This is the first time that I see this happening.

I hope that you managed to get this resolved @rattar1989 I have had exactly the same issue.   Some of my boosts are active but most (like you about 3GB) are inactive.   I have phone customer support on 2 or 3 occasions and spent ages on the phone speaking to various people.   In the end when I have done this I get given some GB of data temporarily to compensate, but the next month the boosts are still pending.   The support people try to help but don't seem to know why this is happening.  This is very annoying.    EE need to resolve this.   How many other people have had this issue with Pending boosts?
