Have got hours of free boosts but have just been charged for a phone call after basic allowance ran out. Boosts show as 'pending' but fail to activate. Have been back through my records and this has happened for a number of months, causing me to run up stupidly high bills.
There's clearly something wrong. Can anybody help please?
