What is additional payrr authentication? I can’t make a payment due to this, but there’s no instruction about this 😞

@Junhyo   Can you scroll down to see if there is an additional field that you need to use.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Junhyo : Additional Payer Authentication is when your bank/card provider needs additionally to validate you, either by a text OTP or their banking app. Are you using a UK bank card?
