I’m on Pay As You Go with a £10 plan, but I’ve realised I’ve been mis-sold something. I realised I'm getting 0 minutes and 30 data, even though the EE website now shows the £10 bundle as 30GB with unlimited minutes and texts. Turns out i'm on an old plan but when I add it to the basket it still shows 0 minutes and 30GB data.
When I text 150, it tells me “plan10” is 8GB, which makes things even more confusing.
I also can’t call 150 because it just hangs up, and I can’t add a pack via text because replying YES does nothing.
Can someone please help me.

@paulhayhurst : What are you buying? A new PAYG SIM or a PAYG plan on an existing SIM?
The 1st screenshot is what you have now on your existing SIM. The 2nd is buying an entirely new SIM.
