When I top up it still says I need to top up three times for a free boost

Anyone know why after every three months of top ups & receiving my free boosts suddenly it’s not registering & stills showing as needing to top up three more times to receive free boost, how can u change this pls ??? I’ve topped up at least six to eight  times & still showing needing to top up three times ?????
