Hello, I got the same message on Monday, January 29, 2024:
"Hi, it seems quite a while since you last made a call, sent a text or used data. It's important that you use your phone otherwise you may lose your number as per our terms and conditions".
However, I sent a message earlier on January 9, 2024, and I don't have any packs or add-ons in my account. I also checked my credit balance before and after sending the message, which I found was chargeable. So I am not sure as well if this message is a gentle reminder or if I have to do another chargeable activity to keep my EE account working?

The message I sent before the one on January 9th was on November 6.

It could be that the message was queued before you made that text on 9th January. If you receive any more messages like this, I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team, just to check.
